At Shadow Mind Psychology, we are dedicated to providing modern psychological services across all domains of life. As a psychological collective, we assist individuals and organisations by providing evidence based psychological therapy, coaching, and tailored people and organisational solutions.

Counselling and Coaching

  • At Shadow Mind Psychology we offer 1:1 and group therapy and counselling. We utilises a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Schema Therapy and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

    We also offer Workplace Coaching and an Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We provide coaching for individuals, leaders and teams.

  • Shadow Mind Psychology understands that it can be hard to get around sometimes, therefore we offer online therapy sessions. These can be conducted via Zoom, or even over the phone, and are 50 minute sessions.

    Whether you want to have a session from the comfort of your own home, on your lunch break we will work around you.

  • Meet with Lepi in person at the Shadow Mind Psychology space. Work with her to uncover your shadow mind and ways in which you can thrive and be the best version of yourself. In person sessions run for about 50 mins

People Development

  • At Shadow Mind Psychology we work with your organisation to enhance team performance through team assessments, workshops, coaching and bring a strong focus on building trust, communication, collaboration and shared values, leading to high performing teams.

  • We define the capabilities needed to enable performance, and we support organisations to establish learning strategies to bring these capabilities to life.

    We create capability frameworks and strategies and process that connect to desired performance.

  • Leading culture change effectively requires a clear understanding of where you want to go as an organisation.

    We bring a strong understanding of human responses to change as well as a deep awareness of the inherent stages of change, that will assist your organisation and enable leaders to evolve to reach their goals.

Leadership Development

  • Similar to Employee Capability Design, we also focus on developing specific leadership capability frameworks.

    We assess organisational, team and leadership capabilities to create a clear picture of your current leadership capability profile.

  • We provide tailored leadership coaching to help leaders develop their skills, enhance their performance, often through one-on-one sessions, with a strong focus on goal setting, skill development and building self awareness.

  • At Shadow Mind Psychology, we take an evidence-based and people-focused approach to deliver impactful experiential programs that create real behaviour change for leaders.

    Rather than ‘off the shelf’ solutions, we give you the opportunity to leverage our deep library of core leadership content and knowledge, and select learning objectives which are relevant to your team and organisation.

Booking and Fees

Late Cancellation Fees

Due to the high demand for Psychology Services, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation (or, for Monday appointments, please let us know before close of business on Friday). Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur the full session fee, as short-notice cancellations prevent the opportunity to offer the session to another client. 

If you are cancelling your session due to being unwell, we can often accommodate a Telehealth session, as an alternative to cancelling your appointment.

Medicare and private health rebates can not be applied to cancellation/no show fees.

All cancellation fees must be paid prior to future appointments.​

​Medicare Rebates

For Counselling Services, Medicare rebates may be available if referred by a GP or Psychiatrist under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Program. Self-Managed and Plan Managed NDIS funding can also be used.

Mental Health Care Plan

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist:

  • Medicare rebate: $96.65 per session

  • Available for up to 10 sessions annually

  • Gap payment: $143.35 per session
